The Requisition
Raen’dor’s very own guild of thieves, the Requisition is not the most organized faction as a whole– rather, it is made up of more local criminal organizations that have banded together to trade illegal goods and hide their activities from the law. It is rumored that there is a way to check if a person or business is affiliated with the Requisition, but that information usually must be earned once trust is established. This faction’s goal is simple: make as much money as possible, expand its ranks in order to become more profitable, and make sure its illicit businesses can continue uninterrupted. As to who is behind this unification of criminals, nobody knows for sure; no name has ever been shared, and when the Requisition’s leader is spoken of they are simply referred to as The Broker.
