Baldur's Gate
Two women are flanked by the poxguard and their beasts and by the völur. One is a blue women covered in fish-like scales. Out of them crawl tiny parasites. She wears hide armor and boots, and she carries a shield that holds runes that say, "I am the Daughter, I am the Disease." Her face is fair, and her ears end in an upwards point, denoting her as an Alu'Tel'Quessir, a water elf.
The other women's head is covered by a hood. Her soft skin is lightly covered by the veil of a white shroud. Other than that, she is scantily clad, wearing a brassier and cloth that is only slightly more opaque than the shroud to cover her legs. Her bare feet leave footprints on the abandoned mud covered roads. In her right hand she holds a white staff.
They continue, walking through the ruined city. Blood upon every road and house. The screams of those damned here is forever imitated by the howling wind. Baldur's Gate, the city that survived the god of murder, has fallen to the destruction wrought by Dreus. Baldur's Gate, is home to no one.
The patrol stops. There they look at it. It's here. It's always been here.
History
Baldur's Gate was a proud, if not scummy city in its time. Surviving machinations of the god of murder, Bhaal, the city seemed to be doing fine. However, an outbreak of warp touch ravaged through the city, destroying everything as it went. It is impossible for anyone to live here. It's as if a force pushes them away.
