Loginius - The Spiral City

Known as The Spiral City or The City of Progress, Loginius is home to some of the foremost minds in magical research.  It is the ancestral home of the Elves and it is said that every spell known to the world was invented within its walls.
Also well known for their willingness to part with their research, they have earned the respect of the nations the world over.  While other nations constantly covet their knowledge, Loginius lives on a doctrine of constantly improving and advancing.  As a result, they are always willing to provide their information just in case the next development will take place elsewhere (It never does).
They have most of the working theories on the Odium Empire's mysterious fall and recently they have been very willing to work with the FERA guild to advance research on The Rift.
