Was created by The Order of Strangers to store the book containing Dulrath
Architecture
The entrance is located at the base of an enormous tree near Grimemire within The Hungry Mire. The staircase within goes down for over 10mins before you reach the chamber within.

The arch at the bottom of the staircase cannot be crossed by Fey, Fiends, Undead, Aberrations or Celestials
