Moonhollow Town Square

You're in the town square. It's large and bustling, and somewhat dirty. It features stray dogs that run around, begging for scraps. As you stroll along, you see a large cage with a crocodile inside of it.
There's a political candidate who is arguing with a man over something. There's also a noticeboard, which has various posters, requests, and announcements tacked to it.
