Oakspire
You make your way down Irann Street, and enter Oakspire a limestone quarters with a decently built thatched roof. Oakspire is known for being incredibly fortified; after protests, the guards fortified the building, which made the citizenry protest even more, with the situation soon spiralling out of control.
It is run by The Group of Shrewd Distributors.
Malnora is policed by The Group of Shrewd Distributors, rather than a separate guard. The guard is slightly underfunded, and their equipment sometimes falls into slight disrepair. Their officers are held accountable for their actions, though The Group of Shrewd Distributors does not have the funding to perform regular training exercises.
One can recognise a member of The Group of Shrewd Distributors through there purple cloaks.
Law in Malnora:
Law in Malnora is very much punitive based, and those that breach the laws can expect hard labour, incarceration, or sometimes public execution. Crime is an ugly stain on humanity, to be punished. Chief's Office:
The person in charge is Ruby Rock, a manipulative pale skinned thin but wiry tiefling. This office is almost the picture of an average guardhouse. A simple desk and several old shelves sit in one room. In the other room, there is a neat rack of weapons. Most of the weapons appear to have been maintained, but they were clearly made with an eye for cost over quality. Evidence Locker:
The guardhouse is very tidy. The prisoner cells are in pretty good condition, and quite liveable.
