Hye
Hye is a goblin urchin, the equivalent of about 17-18 in human years, and the den mother of all the goblin urchins in Malfa, whether she's related to them or not (Billy is her youngest brother). She herself is a burglar, cautious and professional. She prides herself on being good at her job, and on being too smart to take unnecessary risks. Hye is pretty well respected outside the tiny goblin-urchin community, and she occasionally works with others, but she doesn't hang out with them. She wants nothing to do with the Gentles, which, since they're mostly smugglers, is fine for now.
