Willowisps
Willowisps are reskinned fairies, created so that Sealands fairies themselves can be more insectile than their usual depiction. Willowisps seem like more traditional fairies, except that they resemble the race of whoever’s looking at them, to all senses—their face and skin would feel like lizardfolk to a lizardfolk. If more than one person sees them, they resemble whoever saw them first. Willowisps live in marshes and wet lowlands, in communities that are often invisible to outsider's eyes. They are insular and defensive, using illusion to repel strangers. There have always been willowisps living in the wetlands at the base of the Malfa peninsula, before the creation of the river; whether they're still there is not widely known to outsiders. Most current Malfa residents have never heard of them. Here's a willowisp as it would appear to, from left to right, a human, a dwarf, and an orc.
