The House of the 12 Swords
The Banner for the House of 12 Swords displays the banner of The Order of Gold but with a black hilt and golden blade sword beneath it. The order stands above all else, and the 12 Clans of the House stand ready to defend it from all enemies. The sword is displayed with the hilt on the right-hand side.
Traditional Japanese etiquette says that katanas displayed with the tsuka on the left signals peace, whereas displaying the katana with the tsuka on the right signals combat readiness and ability to fight. This same reasoning was applied to the display of the sword on the banner. The war against chaos is constant, and the 12 Swords are always ready.
