Spellcasting. Indrid Barkrirsk is a 18th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). Indrid Barkrirsk has the following Bard spells prepared:

2nd level (3 slots): Detect Thoughts, Locate Object, Suggestion

6th level (1 slot): Irresistible Dance, Eyebite, Arcane Gate

Actions
Multiattack. Indrid Barkrirsk uses the Blinding Acid action one time followed by one Rapier attack.
Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 1d8+3 piercing damage plus 9 2d8 poison damage.
Blinding Acid. Indrid targets one or two creatures she can see within 60 feet of her. Each target must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or take 4d12 acid damage and be blinded until the start of Indrid's next turn.
Bardic Inspiration (5/Short Rest). Choose a creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you that can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d12. Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait unit after the d20 is rolled to decide. Once the die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can only have one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
If the die is used for an ability check, roll twice and choose either result. If the die is used for an attack roll, the target and each creature of your choice within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or take thunder damage equal to the number rolled. If the die is used for a saving throw, the creature gains temporary hit points equal to the number rolled +5.
Animating Performance (Recharge 6). Indrid can target a Large or smaller nonmagical item she can see within 30 feet of you and animate it. The animate item uses the Dancing Item stat block, which uses her proficiency bonus (PB), The item is friendly to her and her companions and obeys your commands. It lives for 1 hour, until it is reduced to 0 hit points, or until you die. In combat, the item shares Indrid's initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after hers. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only action it takes on its turn is the Dodge action, unless Indrid take a bonus action on her turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. If Indrid are incapacitated, the item can take any action of its choice, not just Dodge. When you use your Bardic Inspiration ability, you can command the item as part of the same bonus action you use for Bardic Inspiration.
Legendary Actions
Indrid Barkrirsk can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Indrid Barkrirsk regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn
Rapier. Indrid Barkrirsk makes a Rapier attack.
Cast a Spell (Costs 2 Actions). Indrid Barkrirsk casts one of their prepared spells.
