After Waxwing fell faith was a shelter for many, but or others it became an unwelcome home. Nefeli, like many others, was left whole in body but not in spirit by the flames and she found herself adrift without meaning. They formed a close friendship through their conflicts, forming the bonds that only mortal danger can forge. She eagerly sought out her erstwhile friend and swore to help him in any way that she could. She reveals that Saficus Anuluii is almost certainly working for the Sigil's upper eschelons, he was a favorite tool of one of their higher ranked members used to ingratiate himself and destabilize areas.
