Broker

Brokers are the all too necessary middlemen of The Dusk. If you have something you need to sell, but don't want to hold, you get a broker. If you need to hide your identity in an exchange, you hire a broker. It is often dangerous work, and relies on a reputation that is often hard earned.
Prestige: Brokers are usually considered little more than a go between. You wouldn't think much of the box that a gift might arrive in, and that is why they are not usually regarded well or for ill. That doesn't mean you wouldn't take apart a box to find out where it came from. Most brokers know how to stay silent, and earn that reputation, keeping them safe.
Accoutrement: A broker will often have an encyclopedic knowledge of the hidden places of The Dusk. A good meeting place is often the difference between life and death. Good hiding places are also very useful. A numb conscience frequently helps in this business as well.
Training: Most of the time, brokers will learn on the job more than anything. There are many reasons someone would start out in this career.
