Palasha's Procurements
Palasha's Procurements is a general store located in Aecor's Lull, selling assorted low-value salvage.
Upon entering, customers are greeted by the sight of a young mermaid chained to the counter looking distressed. She begs them to buy something, as she hasn't made her quota yet, and "Mr. Palasha" will beat her when he returns.
In reality, the mermaid herself is the proprietor, Palasha, and uses the ruse to make a few extra sympathy sales throughout the day. Locals know better than to fall for it, but very few passing skyfarers can resist her sorrowful eyes.
