The Abyssal Trench
A cluster of uninhabited islands several thousand feet below the surface of the Tempestuous Deep form the Abyssal Trench, the deepest known land formation in the Shattered Realms. It is the home to the few remaining Leviathans of the world, and they rarely stray from their territory.
It is claimed by some that during the Great Sundering, the Abyssal Trench was formed by the sea god Aecor, Serpent of the Depths, to give his children a safe place to call home.
