The Stormbreakers
Renowned for sailing through the worst weather conditions, they are led by a captain who is said to have the power to control the weather. They most typically operate around the smaller nations of the Coral Kingdoms, Silver Spires, and Caeli Atoll.
There are typically five ships in total in the Stormbreakers, with their Captains marked with a distinctive stormcloud tattoo on their right hand. At present their numbers are down, with the captain of The Dawnscythe leaving to become a legitimate skyfarer.
The captains of the Stormbreakers are given free reign to follow their own moral codes, which leads to vastly differing experiences of other sailors who have crossed their paths.
