Dragon Class
The Dragon Class star carriers are the flagships of the Star Watch fleets.
There are currently seven Dragon Class star carriers in service. Eight if you include the GCS Tiamat, which is a fully functional prop and filming location for the popular holo-drama "Captain Quasar of the Star Watch."
The Dragon Class star carrier is comprised of a central core that runs the full 1 Km of the ships length. This houses all the sections of the ship, except the three Hangar-Barns. About a fifth of the way back from the bow is the main command and control conning tower. There are two auxiliary C&C stations placed about 1/3 of the circumference from the conning tower. (4 and 6 o'clock).
Each Hangar-Barn is connected to the ship's core by three pylons running along the sides of the ship (2, 6, and 10 o'clock). The Hangar-Barns are nearly 1 Km, and nearly the size of the ship's core. They can also be detached from the main ship to create defence points or other tactical advantage.
