Castelllon was a long dead priest of Corellon that resided in Ken Asari shortly before its destruction. Dying from wounds sustained while defending the city, Castellon transferred his consciousness into a starburst relic, a holy item of Corellon's, in the hopes that his soul could call out to someone to find it.
His prayers were answered when the sunburst was found by Legolass Darkblade in 1492, while the Breadwinners were retrieving the Staff of Shadowfell Sundering. With the last gasps of his lifeforce, Castellon spoke to Legolass, telling her to give the artifact to Corellon's followers. The intensity of the divine magic managed to temporarily revert Legolass back into her elven form and silenced Bastion's voice in her head, before Castellon's soul passed on, reverting her to the half Legolass and half Bastion form she was becoming.
