Shaman Deeproot is the leading shaman of Semuanya in the Sunny Shore Tribe. During the tribe's exile in the Dunwater Den, Deeproot led the traditionalists that opposed any efforts made by the tribe to ally with other races. These efforts were ultimately in vain, when the Dunwater Alliance, created by Queen Proudscar, managed to win the Battle of the Spire and return the Sunny Shore Tribe to their home.
