Vittorio Silmerhelve

Vittorio is a kindly old Magistrate of the Waterdeep government, senior official of the Properties & Land Use Division. He was present as a junior scribe back when Trollskull Manor was sold to Lifenior "Lif" Barrelion, and again when ownership passed from Volothamp Geddarn to Polly Perrenporth and Eclipse of the Moon.
He has a keen knowledge of local history.
