Agatha
Agatha is a banshee, a non-corporeal undead creature that was once an elf maiden. According to the adventure, she dwells in a crumbled and vine-covered manor in the Neverwinter Wood. The adventurers are asked to visit her by Sister Garaele, a priestess of Tymora, who resides in The Shrine of Luck in Phandalin. Sister Garaele gives the adventurers a jeweled silver comb and asks them to persuade Agatha to answer a question about the location of a spellbook that belonged to a legendary mage named Bowgentle.
Appearance of Agatha: Agatha's banshee form is described as a ghostly apparition. When she manifests, it is usually as a faint, translucent figure that retains a hint of the elf maiden's former beauty, despite its ethereal and haunting quality.
Garments: She is typically depicted wearing remnants of the fine gown she wore in life, now tattered and ethereal, drifting around her as if moved by an unseen breeze.
Eyes: Her eyes might glow with a faint light, an eerie window into her undead nature.
Aura: As with most banshees, her presence is accompanied by a chilling aura, a sense of dread and sorrow that reflects her tormented existence.
Agatha's demeanor can be capricious, and she might be indifferent, haughty, or malevolent toward adventurers who seek her out. She is known to possess knowledge of many secrets and can be a source of valuable information if approached correctly. However, dealing with a banshee is always a risky venture, as they are unpredictable and dangerous beings.
