Nenque
Nenque organized the Nenque Alliance in 2414, and it was one of the earliest Multi-World Entities recognized by the Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy.
As capital and directing intelligence of the Alliance's Kivat Nenque was responsible for much of the policy direction of the Alliance. Skalnaté shipyards built and armed the flow-pressure ships that catalyzed the First Interstellar War at the end of the 25th Century, but it was the guiding hand of Nenque that promoted the Entity's expansionist policy putting them to use.
In the wake of that war Nenque recovered some influence with the founding of the new colony Lywkaln, but a series of corruption scandals and a number of incompetent Sejem reduced its influence as the 26th century waned.
The choice to become involved in the Cordini Rebellion cannot be solely attributed to Nenque's influence but the growing influence of Humans First-oriented colonies attributed the failures of that venture to the Kivat leadership, bringing about the coup that ended the Alliance and left Nenque a not-very-influential member world in the new Skalni Union.
