Funded and sponsored by a coalition of Humans First organizations in the Skalni Union and New America, the Future of Humankind Conference was held at Thoreskal in 2679.
It was later believed that conference attendees from New Miami and Davos were recruited to act as agents for the Manhome Liberation Fleet. (see also War of Manhome Liberation aka "Orion Wars")
