Drafted in 2580 the Declaration of Respect was ratified by the Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy, the Klavangi Iehren, the Emyrillian League, and the Strill Korg Mrraka. By the end of 2582 it had been signed by all the major worlds and organizations affected by the Samarian Crusade.
