Xihe Stellation Attempts to Force Na'hashinabe Colony to Join

In 2413 while discussions with Tsapek were in progress, Xihe invited Independent Colony Na'hashanabi to join the then Xihe Stellation sent an invitation to the then-nascent Stellation. Na'hashanabi politely refused.

In 2014, after the Stellation's Framework was, ratified, a second invitation was made in the Stellation's name, via a ship armed with a suite of kinetic orbit-to-surface weapons.

In declining this "invitation", Na'hashanabi sent its diplomatic courier accompanied by an escort of a full squadron of atmosphere-to-orbit fighter craft. This was followed up by a Query submitted to the Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy which was referred to the , resulting in a motion of censure of the Stellation.
