Tsapek
Joined Xihe to form the Xihe Stellation in 2402 (the Framework was ratified in 2416).
Tsapek was initially established (in 2380) under the auspices of one of the earliest Joint Adventurers Company agreements, between a shell corporation created to hide the involvement of the infamous Istvan Dusza (at that time fleeing Tellus' World Justice Court), a consortium of political refugees funded by Nirsk Capital and Credit, and the government of the Pacific Archipelago jurisdiction on Tellus. It was an exceptionally well-funded and -resourced operation from the outset, with its own fleet of four tachyon-powered transports and three faster corvette-type ships.
Tsapek escaped economic sanctions by the Third Interstellar Colonial Axis Conference on the grounds that it was acting for the Xihe Stellation, which was censured for its attempt to forcibly recruit the Independent world of Na'hashanabi into the Entity.
In the late 25th Century, Tsapek considered expanding, in a potential joint venture with Hudders Colony, along the Th'vraas plot. Upon approaching the Thoreskal Nexus, their ship was fired upon by armed flow-pressure ships of the Nenque Alliance in one of the precursor engagements to the First Interstellar War. Tsapek brought the matter to the Stellation's Central Authority, invoking their Framework's Mutual Assistance clause, but by that time Xihe was already negotiating with Skalnaté to purchase armed flow-pressure ships, and vetoed the matter.
Beginning in 2530 Tsapek was heavily "missioned" by Qabalis Omrini ships from Califersa, and numerous shrines and sanctuaries were established in the colony. Omrini had gained considerable influence in the Administration by the time the Stellation's Central Authority stepped in, anulling the most recent Administrative appointments, forcibly deporting Califersans, closing down the shrines and sanctuaries, and demanding the Omrini leave Tsapek or be subject to "re-education".
After the destruction of Xihe in 2636, Tsapek declared itself Independent.
