Amadioha brings a case to the Union's Judicar Chamber claiming that Pluellar Capital of Tind and Mosjeen ArcoTech of Wrence colluded to defraud the Amadioha Colonial Administration, that Mosjeen had engaged in felonious negligence in using inferior materials and incorrect specifications that had resulted in the collapse of three major arcology nodes and the death of more than 940 citizens, and enormous costs to mitigate and replace. They also bring a motion to the VCU Table to censure both member colonies for breach of the "good faith in dealing" clause of the Framework.
