Elhorn was the Observer on the maiden flight of the Valkyrie. However he was banished to the Astral Sea by a Bag of Holding Bomb after it was found that he had been sabotaging the airship. It is presumed that he died from his wounds while in the Astral Sea.

Was born in Brixellum to a large family. He spent some time working in Insomnia City and somehow got involved in the Waterworks Guild. He then somehow got the role of the observer on the first flight of the Valkyrie but was convinced by the Waterworks Guild to sabotage the ship.
