Lady Eithrig Nic Dian Cecht
Eithrig is the younger daughter of the healing god, Dian Cecht. Dian Cecht is not an evil entity, but his overpowering envy causes conflict between himself and his children. Eithrig's paitent and confict avoiding personality navigated these strained relationships the best. These traits also allow her to manoeuvre through the Asgardian courts well.
Eithrig is a real people person, able to see the good in almost anyone. She's giving, warm, accepting, and driven by the need to be loved and appreciated. She loves to help those in need but can do so without too much personal involvement. She is generous to others while ignoring her own needs. Eithrig believes that selflessly helping others is the way to find the love she seeks, and that people will love her only if she is kind, warm and giving. That's not to say, at this level, she isn't warm and giving. She is, but to everyone but herself. The detached subtype is sometimes distant and not relationship-oriented, which means Eithrig is a generalist regarding who she will help. It's the action of helping others that gives her the chance at being loved and this attention isn't focused particularly on any one person or kind of person.
Eithrig likes to express her love for others. It comes easily for this type. She is also likely to discuss relationships freely; but this subtype will also be careful to establish boundaries. Eithrig is, after all, in it for her own feelings of love and not necessarily for a one-on-one bonding experience. She can sit back at times and feel good about what she did that day. Almost self-satisfied. Yet, that's short-lived as the doubts of being loveable creep back in. Also, she always sees the good in others, usually in the context of some action.
Eithrig can be helpful and supportive in a relationship. Other characters are attracted to her giving nature, but eventually feel that there may be strings attached, something may be expected in return.
