The Council of Bards

The Council of Bard is formed from what once was the seats of power for the chiefs of each of the tribes of the steppe. Their own differences quashed in the years since the founding of the Bahtith Conclave, they have turned their seats into a meritocratic position where each is held by a master of their own craft whether it be of penmanship, oratory presentation, song, theater, painting, comedy, and all other forms of the bardic arts. Each sit on a seat equal to all others, and these individuals serve as the guiding hand for the city, and of the Conclave as a whole.
