Austrian HYDRA Weapons Facility
A factory in Austria owned by HYDRA which was used during World War II to manufacture Tesseract weaponry, and for Super-Soldier experiments.
Following the Battle of Azzano, the Howling Commandos were imprisoned there, and it was the site of the experiments which gave Bucky Barnes his super powers.
It was destroyed in 1943 in a battle between Steve Rogers and Red Skull.
