Declan Research
A private research laboratory founded by Evan Declan, focussing on genetic research. The company headquarters were in Santa Barbara, California, with an additional branch in Hono'lulu.
They were hired by Maximus Boltagon to study Inhuman genetics, in the hope of finding a way of granting him the superhuman abilities he required to be considered a legal adult by Attilanian society.
Following the death of Evan Declan during the the fall of Attilan, the company was bought out by Clear Labs Inc.
