Forgotten Prison <WIP>
Little is known about the Prison, including it's name, location, or origins. It is believed to be located on the Galactic Rim, although this has not been confirmed, and it is accessible only by teleportation. All prisoners there serve life sentences, and no one is known to have ever left the facility.
Many cultures use the prison, and severity of crimes for which prisoners are sent there varies by culture. The Attilanians used it only for the very worst criminals, deemed too dangerous to be imprisoned, replacing exile to the planet Maveth which had been the punishment for such individuals while they lived on Earth.
Following his theft of the Inhuman Codex, Maximus the Mad was sentenced to the Prison. However, he used his abilities to trick the Inhuman Royal Family into sending Black Bolt in his place.
