Allowed Backgrounds
Only Common Backgrounds are permitted. Backgrounds may be customized as per the PHB.To customize a background, you can replace one feature with any other one, choose any two skills, and choose a total of two tool proficiencies or languages from the sample backgrounds.

Class Specific Adjustments
- Battlerager is not restricted to Dwarves
- Forge Cleric's Channel Divinity is replaced with expertise in Smith's Tools
- Artificer 10th level feature "Magic Item Adept" shall be changed to the following effect.
When you reach 10th level, you achieve a profound understanding of how to use and make magic items:
- Order of Scribes Wizard 2nd level feature "Wizardly Quill" shall have the effect regarding copying spells changed to the following effect.
Copying a spell to your spellbook no-longer requires Stamina, only reagents.
- Order of Scribes Wizard 10th level feature "Master Scrivener" shall have the following effect.
At 10th level, you may start an excursions with one magic scroll. The chosen spell must be of 1st or 2nd level and must have a casting time of 1 action. The spell's power of this scroll is enhanced, counting as one level higher than normal. You can cast the spell from the scroll by reading it as an action. The scroll is unintelligible to anyone else, and the spell vanishes from the scroll when you cast it or when you end the excursion. You are also adept at crafting spell scrolls, The reagents and Azoth required to craft a scroll is halved, rounded up.
Background Specific Adjustments
- The Marine's "Steady" feature is changed to: "When the party fails their Lead the March DC by 10 or more, you do not receive a level of exhaustion"
- The Outlander's "Wanderer" feature has been reworked to have the following effect:
You have learned to survive off the land. Travel checks made to "Hunt and Forage" for provisions are made with advantage.
Prohibited Rulebooks
- All spells, feats, race and class options from Strixhaven are banned.

- Twilight Cleric
- Seeker Warlock
Prohibited Feats
