A Thief In The Night.
The Thieves Guild of Frankia offers Fleec a job. He has to break into Burgomaster de Rais estate to steal a carved diamond jewel and a crown made of ivory carved in the shape of entwinned snakes. And he has competition, in the form of a Yuan-Ti Pureblood thief.
Plot points/Scenes
The home of de Rais is riddled with tunnels below, and has a hidden passage to them in the library triggered by a book being moved called The Hidden Paths. A temple of worship to Seth & Apep lies below. Before reaching this there is a trap in one area. Letters are on the floor and he has to hop from one side to the other spelling HIDDEN, or poison darts shoot out of the walls to cause 1d6 poison damage, and leave him poisoned. He can always disarm the trap. Rats & spiders inhabit the tunnels, and militia in & around the building above.
