Origin of psychic potential: Though the boy has no connection to the places of power I have discovered (file ref #), Aberdeen is a major city along one of their resulting laylines. Given the mother's eager participation, I see an opportunity to test the potency of these lines.
Notes: Father is absentee, apparently disinterested in the child's development, and the mother has been exceptionally cooperative. Though the child is a newborn as I write this, he appears to hold a genetic predisposition to psychic sensitivity; though to what end is yet to be discovered. Along with the Moore boy and the second Mason girl, this boy could present the final piece of the puzzle. I will examine their genetic development in the years to come: I believe we could be ready to begin within the next couple of years. Given the mother's insistence that he be part of my project, it should not be difficult to obtain this one without incident.
