Origin of Psychic Potential: Village of birth appears to be one of many settlements of power within the United Kingdom.
Notes: Mother is devout Jewish but, as previously noted (Section #01311A), religion appears to have no significant impact on the child's psychic potential. Rather, the birthplace in question appears to be rich in power -- though why this applies only to some born there as opposed to all is yet to be discovered. Will continue to monitor the child's development; it should be apparent within a handful of years whether this specimen will prove fruitful.
Addendum 1997-12-19: Further observations of the child indicate extreme sensitivity to psychic energies. Child has been witnessed responding to use of psychic abilities by other, weaker specimens in the village, as well as direct intervention from myself. In particular, the boy is intently interested in physical changes to the environment around him eg. vibrations, changes of weather, approaching rainfall.
Addendum 1999-06-24: Nine suitable subjects have been selected. This boy will be the first: Subject 01; Redwind. The name has a poetic ring.
