Notes: The mother's initial dalliance with the child's father begun while on holiday to the United Kingdom. The father appears to have been born in one of many places of power within the United Kingdom. It is unusual that I should watch a child from so far afield, but given her heritage it is worth checking on.
Addendum 1998-01-05: The mother has eloped back to Scotland with a different man. The initial father is abandoned in Korea -- this is of no consequence. The new union has led to the birth of a younger sibling -- I shall observe this new child alongside her sister to further understand the source of the Mason's psychic potential.
Addendum 1999-05-13: Development of the second child (file ref. #00041B) confirms the mother to be the primary source of psychic potential. I hypothesise that the carrying of a prior child from power-touched blood has kept this power alive within her womb. I shall have to test this theory at a later date.
Addendum 1999-06-24: Both current guardians have died to apparent suicide, and the children have been transferred to an inner-city care home. This may present problems.
