Magic Energy

Overview All creatures have energy within them that with the proper knowledge and practice, can be summoned or manifested and then used in a variety of ways. The Esra refer to this as Energy, while most others call it magic. Most creatures and people do not know how to manifest this energy, only the Esra and a few other smaller groups historiacally have figured it out. Currently, the Esra make up 99.95 of magic users on the Two Continents.
The Esra divide energy into two main categories, Physical where a person brings forth their energy into the world and affects something around them, and mental in which they use their energy to mentally connect to another person or creature.

The Esra have discovered many different capabilities of energy, but it is believed there is far more left undiscovered than known.
Colors A person's energy color when they manifest is determined by genetics. However, some people believe Metalogy is linked to it, and that a person's color says things about them. Currently on record, the most common color currently based on Esra records is green. Blue is the least common color, but that is not an accurate test of the full population of The Two Continents. For example, a small sample size of @Spheran's showed blue to actually be more common in them than Esra born, and red was a dominant color when Kalaharians were sampled.
