Captain Alastair Macgregor married Captain Alexandra Murry after being together for 2 years aboard HMS King Alexander between two planets within the New Zealand system. They did not get their Honeymoon until over a year later, and the birth of Elizabeth, because of the deployment of the RGLIR. But they shared a bed as often as they could.
