Salt Waste
The aquatic Bnakupinze people of Krandali live in a freshwater lake and refer to the river deltas that empty into the ocean as the Salt Wastes as only the surface is freshwater. Because of the change in density and salinity, exile or exploration of these places is often fatal. It is unknown if any form of sentient life exists beyond the Salt Wastes.
