The Sanguine Sultan is the leader of Pleasure Inkorporated "pINK" and all of their operations. They have a palatial office and hold their permanent residence on Hakuna. The current Sanguine Sultan is the only known person to have ever held the title of office and was granted the title after the creation of the "Sanguine Heart" in the center of the district now known as Hakuna's Palacio Diletta
