Sihnon System

Sihnon is an outlying system in the Rim near the GS Southern border of Krasian Space. It has been officially a Krasian Colony for about a century and is known for its heavy mining for metal on both rock planets.

Zones

Exterior

Krasian Patrol Ships routinely explore the Exterior Zones. A series of Sensor Bouy's are set up to give alert to any approaching vessels in Z-Space.

Interior

A large Refinery Station hovers between Sihnon 1 and 2 to process the ore brought up from the two planetary colonies. This doubles as the System Dock for the Patrol Ships.

History

The Krasian Meritocracy launched a physical offensive against a major mining corporation, Caspian Mining Corporation, around a century ago. The Krasian forces wiped out all Caspian guards, ships, and defenses in a desperate battle concluding with Caspian’s retreat and final stand in the Hersperus Nebula. They have heavily guarded the system every since.
