The Arcane Congress

The congress is made of the three branches of Arcanix: The School of Nine, The Registrar, & The Cosmic Library. It also has a role of The Grand Orator who acts as the organizing force behind the congress. The entire congress rarely meets unless a situation calls for it, but it has not wholly met since the last quarterly session. The congress itself rarely intervenes in activities outside of Arcanix unless they are requested or contracted by the leaders of other nations, but they maintain regular contact with the Aundair royal court and advise them in their arcane concerns.
