The Registrar

The Registrar is the main office that deals with admissions into The School of Nine and the hiring of faculty for the colleges and archivists and faculty for The Cosmic Library. The Registrar also handles any freelance contracts with the The Arcane Congress as a whole. In congressional meetings, The High Scribe acts as a swing vote at any point the congress is split. They also take the role of assignments into congressional departments and subcommittees.
