The High Scribe

The High Scribe is the head of The Registrar and a swing voter in The Arcane Congress. Their main purpose, however, is to facilitate the admissions of new students and standings of current students in the college, hire and facilitate the faculty of the college and the library, and manage any freelance hirelings use by the congress.
