Realizing that a Hiewia attack is imminent, Baron Wulfhard turns the war chest that was meant to reconnect Loch with Hugu towards repairing defenses, roads, and adding watch towers. He also founds an order of road wardens, lead by Captain Softwalking Girhold, to patrol the roads and serve as scouts and Harriers.
