Perhaps a long forgotten king who hold court over a band of nobles that have been mutated into monsters based on their sins.
The Blue Bows claim to have been gifted a boon from the tatyar lord that still holds court in the Mantle of Albaroths, which is why their bows never suffer from the raid and wet.
The Byrgilfin often send their criminals and bastards who wish to have an inheritance to test their blood/innocence but, when there, they become eunuch warrior-priests of the tatyar lord and never return.
