Description
A series of watch towers along the north coast.
Main Watchtower
Outer
The main tower is the one closest to
Kystinlagir. It is two-story building with a roof-top patio. A large horn can be seen.
Inner
The inside is one room that serves as storage for the other towers. 2 spare horns and cords of woods for the bonfires.
Roof-top Patio
In addition to the horn, there is a large basin, packed with wood.
Generic Tower
Most towers along the route are simple wood structures with a large horn and a basin for a bonfire.
Distances
There are 3 towers that run north along the coast, each with 3 miles between them. As it reaches the mountainous terrain, the towers are connected by a path etched into the cliff face and the towers are anchored into the cliff. Newer watchers are sent to the furtherest lighthouses.
Note
Name
Ironically named due to the fact that they stand on the shore like a lighthouse but don't have a constant fire so are useless in that way.
Use
They're an early warning for
Byrgilfin raids. During the day, they blow a horn or send a runner (on a windy or rainy day). During the night, they light a fire.
