The Iron Empire of KelenGaard
the Empire of KelenGaard lies in the eastern mountains. Hidden in the cold heights, this proud Empire had resisted occupation for hundreds of years until the rise of Vail. An uneasy agreement restored a majority of its territory 80 years ago, but its former capital city of Kharbadin (now Stonehaven) remains under the control of Vail. The Empire is not ruled by an emperor, as was part of the treaty with Veil, but has been replaced by a chancellor. This has caused discontent amongst its people.

A diverse country, with a large dwarven population.
Government
Formally an Empire, is now lead by a chancellor appointed by Vail.
