The United Cities of Al Shadaar
Al Shadaar was the only country not to fall or lose territory to vail in the expansion years ago. Its borders locked down, Al Shadaar has maintained its culture and traditions, and still remains a mystery to most in Coriss. Although they do have trade agreements with the outside, entry into their cities are by invitation only. Their army and military is rumored to be superior to anything else on Coriss. All airships are built in Al Shadaar . Each city is its own state, and is ruled by a different authority.
